Seller does not respond to a defective item - doesn't accept return for this item.
I purchased 4 air horns. One of them does not work. The seller does not accept returns for this item. I requested a replacement or partial refund. The seller does not respond to my request. I tried to return it and EBAY doesn't let me complete the return request because seller does not accept returns. I can't find a way to request help from EBAY.
