Seller does not acknowledge by payment on PayPay.
I have messaged several times because I wanted assurance that I could schedule a convenient pickup time. Although Messaging with him has been somewhat ambiguous, I went ahead and purchased the item. Somehow the seller does not want to exchange phone #s. I must drive pretty far to a distant location for pickup and think this ability to phone to schedule and enroute would provide convenience. I paid for the item immediately after purchase and apparently he does not know that I have paid for the item with PayPal because now he wants cash at pickup. I told him I paid for it but he can not find the payment made. There is something not quite right about my efforts here and I would appreciate someone to see our communications.
