Mentor1 year agoeBay provides a 30 day money back guaranty for an item "Not as described" which overrules any seller return policy. So as long as you open the cases within 30 days of receipt of the item the seller must accept the return or give you a full refund without a return (sellers choice).

OP1 year agoI tried to file a return a claim and at top of page it said seller does not accept returns> I tried to explain the situation and the continue box stayed grayed out not letting me continue
