Seller does not accept returns
Hi, I just bought a phone on Ebay. It was suppose to be a dual sim slot but I just noticed it has 1sim and an e-SIM. In my location (outside the US) I don't have provisions for an e-SIM and I desperately need a dual physical sim slot.
The drawback is that the seller does not accept returns. Please how do i go about this?

Mentor2 years agoEbay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you received something that is not as described in the listing, you can open an Item Not as Described case. The Seller is required to respond. It is recommended that you first contact the Seller. But eBay will protect you for 30 days after delivery.
