Seller does not accept returns
What if Seller sends wrong or defective item that says New? Can I return and get credit? If the posting says Seller does not accept returns.

A seller’s no return policy is only for remorse returns. Go to the listing and click the Money Back Guarantee banner. Make sure you choose ‘not as described’. The seller will have to provide a return shipping label. If they don’t, on the 4th day, you can ask eBay to step in.
