Seller dodging addressing mislabeled item

Hello all, I need some help with a problem. I purchased an auto part for a big project I have been doing, I foolishly did not check fitment until after the return window expired. The item was marketed to fit my vehicle but it is engineered poorly and does not match the factory specs. I contacted the seller and they refused me sending it back for a refund. I see two problemsâ€¦

First, you are past your 30-day return window.

Next, you have filed a return/refund request citing INR (item not received), which is clearly false and is the reason the seller won the claim and the appeal (because he has tracking showing that you did receive the parcel).

eBay really cannot help you at this point.

Your best recourse now is to dispute the charge with your funding source.
