Seller dishonorable shipping
If a seller has items that are detailed that they do combined shipping, isnt it mandatory that they honor those details?
I feel like they bulit the profile and worded it the way they want they should be obligated to uphold their end of the deal.
Wha do you think?

·3 years agoDid you request a total from the shipping cart?
Sometimes combining doubles the weight and or dimensions and doubles the cost of shipping so it might not be cheaper to combine.
i.e. 10 oz is $6.55 retail FC to zone 7. 20 oz to zone 7 exceeds FC weight. Priority Mail retail to zone 7 is $15.60, therefore that's a package that shouldn't be combined. Ground shipping is only saving .20 and not worth it because it takes a long time. Most people are happy to pay .20 more for expedited shipping.

OP3 years agoYes..unfortunately they will not respond or honor the details. When you send records it goes media mail so its a flat rate. It shouldnt be an issue. Ive even asked to just make a compromise or something but there is no response

Mentor3 years agoDid you purchase several items from the same seller and s/he did not give a discount for combined shipping? That is different than just stating the seller combines shipping.

OP3 years agoYes i won three records in their auction they enthusiatically urged you to go for multiple because they do combined shipping
