Seller disappeared! Need help!
The future is annoying. I remember being able to call eBay Customer Service and have these types of issues handled same day, but..... here we are.
I purchased an item from a seller and it's broken. It was sold as working, I was expecting it to work. It does not.
I went on eBay this morning to contact the seller and they yeeted their account. They are gone. When I go to their profile it says "No longer a registered user."
I purchased an expensive item from a person..... It arrived in a condition it was not listed as.... And I have no way of doing anything about it.
Can someone please help me?! Preferably someone from eBay that can either get me in contact with this person or handle the situation?
