Seller disappeared, doubtful item will arrive.

Question

Hello, I bought computer parts from a seller on March 21st and they haven't given the tracking number, nor did they respond to any of my messages. Now just this morning, I find out that their account is gone, "no longer a registered user" when I go to their account page. What do I do?

@ne899636 A member can not close their account within 60 days of a sale or purchase. This means that eBay closed their account.

This is what eBay says to do>>

If you already paid for the item, please follow these steps:

Wait 10 days for the item to arrive.
If you haven't received it within 10 days, please let us know your item hasn't arrived.
Ask eBay to step in on the 4th business day after opening the refund request and they will force a refund from the sellers account.

If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund.
