seller didn't sent the right item
The seller didn't send the right item, and the communication was very unpleasant.
I left negative feedback, he sent me the revision, and I confirmed the negative feedback.
Now I feel that neutral feedback was more appropriate. How can I change it?

Mentor1 year agoI don't think the seller can send another feedback revision request once you have received one and confirmed the negative you left. You can scroll to the bottom of your feedback page and select the option to leave follow-up to feedback already left.

Mentor1 year agoSeller would have to send you another Feedback Revision Request.
Next time Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
