Seller didn't send replacement broken part
Does anyone know how to contact eBay? The seller promised to send a replacement part for my son's toy and then they stopped responding. THere doesnt appear to be a way to contact ebay.

Mentor6 months agoThe seller is not required to provide a replacement part regardless of what they may have promised you.
Did you file a Return Request if the toy is defective/not working/not as described?
If not, you can do so within 30 days from date of delivery.
