Seller didn't send item. Won't respond. eBay won't help, NOW SELLER HAS RELISTED MY ITEM!!

I didn't receive the item I paid for, I have contacted the seller multiple times with no response. Because I let it go too long, eBay won't help. And now I see the seller has relisted my item. What can I do? I can't even find a way to get any help from eBay?

As you stated in your post "Because I let it go too long, eBay won't help."

You can file a dispute through Paypal or contact your payment source.

Always remember that in order for Ebay to help you, you must file a Refund Request within 30 days from estimated date of delivery. If you did that, and the seller did not cooperate, you needed to ask Ebay to step in before the case expired.
