Seller didn't return product after refund

I sent return shipping label and buyer will not return the product after receiving the refund. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to get my product or money back?

You never refund before you get the item back. Now the buyer has no incentive to return the item. All you can do is send a reminder to return the item. No one can force the return since you already refunded.
