Seller didn't put item inside the package.

Question

I ordered 4 separate items/listings. Two of them were sent in separate boxes, and another 2 items were sent week later with the same box (same tracking number). First 2 boxes arrived without an issue. However, the last box turned out to be only 1 item inside (instead of 2 items). Basically, seller didn't send the item, but the tracking showed already delivered. What should I do?

Hi @lovely*sena Message the seller and let them know. You have up to 30 days after you received the package to request a return for refund with eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Make sure you select the reason for item not as described. The reason item not received can only be used when the package didn't arrive at all.

During that process, the seller can choose to send you a replacement item; send you a partial refund for the missing item; or ask you to return the item for a full refund. If you have a preference, tell eBay and the seller that in the details.
