Seller didn't put IOSS number on package. Asked to pay VAT again
Hi,
I purchased an item and the seller didn't put the IOSS number on the package. I've been requested to pay VAT by customs in my country in order to receive the item. I have asked the Seller to refund the VAT as advised by customs/ postal service, but they haven't responded. I can't find how to ask ebay to step in and help for this particular issue.
