Seller didn't go through with the sale

Seller claim to made a mistake and accept my offer, ebay automatically charged for the item. I can't cancel the order.

So any help I can get to go forward with this will be very appreciated in either getting back my money or getting the item...

Only the seller can cancel your order.

If the seller does not cancel & refund or if you do not receive your item, you can file a Refund Request when the latest estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 24 hours.

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
