I received my item, but the seller didn't get paid. Please help. She said eBay suspended her account.

While that is a nice sentiment if you purchased from the Seller successfully through eBay then there is nothing you can do if their account suffered a suspension or restriction. If they are a new or low activity Seller then their funds can be held by eBay up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Again, not your problem, those are eBay's rules for Sellers.
If they ask you to pay outside eBay then it is a scam and you should just ignore their messages.
