Seller didn’t send the item
Hello ! A seller made a mistake on the size of a pair of shoes I purchased , I sent the shoes back and he never sent the right size ! And now he kept my money and the shoes .. what should I do ? Anyone help !

If you sent the items back without filing an official return claim in eBay then you are out the shoes and out the money you spent. The Seller is under no obligation to send you the right shoes or refund your money when you simply send the item back without an official claim.
