I purch barbie princess and the pauper on date 8 april 2024 and the sell Didn’t respond my message and he didn’t dispatch my purchase

Use the Blue "Report an item you didn't receive" Button on the help page. After you open a case, keep an eye on it. If the seller doesn't respond, you have to Ask eBay to step in to help.

That shouldn't matter. Open an item not received case and then keep an eye on the case. Ask eBay to step in just as soon as you can. Good luck.
