Seller did not send return label
I was trying to return an item. The seller did not send me the shipping label. I communicated with the seller through email and chat. Seller assured he will process the return shipping label. In the meantime, the return was closed. How can I request to reopen the order and request ebay call back. Thank you.

Mentor3 weeks agoOnce an Ebay Return Request has been closed, it cannot be reopened by anyone, including Ebay.
How/why was the return request closed?
