Seller did not respond on return
Seller send copies instead of originals and I request return on 1/21/26. Seller has not sent label or responded. I have no button to ask Ebay to step in. What do I do now?

If you opened a return request on 1/21 … then you’ll be able to ask eBay to step in tomorrow from your opened return request. You won’t be able to see the link to do that until it’s time to use it.

"Requesting" a return is different from simply filing a return through eBay.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
