Seller did not issue refund

Seller sent item that did not match photo used to sell item. Negative feedback was then given. Seller offered discount if negative feedback was changed. Upon adding a revision to feedback, seller did not provide discount promised.

If it has been less than 30 days since you received the item, you can file a Return Request.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.

You should not have changed the feedback until AFTER you received the partial refund.
