Seller did not honor request to buy a second time.
I purchased a pack of nitenpyram for my cat in June. An offer of $12.50 was accepted and the item delivered.
When I tried a second time this month, I placed my bid like before and received an email that it went through. The seller said it didn't show when I complained two days/48 hrs. later - the item was no longer showing online. The seller had indicated they have enough for 2 weeks. Then they said to follow a link (with a typed in smile face). I didn't see a link. No reply since. Aren't they usually underlined, highlighted in blue? I think they're giving me the fingr and not being honest. Who do I contact as there is no such category for being stiffed?

Mentor1 year ago@lc1swif862 The seller is trying to take the sale offsite. You should report them>

The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies> Seller offered to sell a listed item outside of eBay
Then mention the item number and say what happened in the box. Keep it simple as bots read this.
ALSO on the message click on the 3 dots on the upper right and report the message.
Did your payment go through? If yes then if the seller doesn't refund you NOW as buyer requested you will have to wait and file a refund request for item not received when it's one day PAST the last estimated delivery date.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.
