Seller did not have product
I won the auction. Paid for the product. And then got a credit stating ‘buyer canceled order’…….but I did not request a cancellation and I want the product. I think they weren’t paying attention and it sold for less than they wanted. Recourse?

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to force the seller to ship the item, but you can report him for the policy violation to get that on his record.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "In order to avoid a defect, seller cancelled order stating that I requested the cancellation when I did not ."
