seller did not follow through o a partial refund as promised
Hello
I stopped a paypal dispute after the seller agreed to send me a partial refund. Seller has not followed through. I have communications saved on my messages. What are my options? Thank you

Unscrupulous sellers talk their buyers into closing a dispute with promises of a partial refund. Sorry that you were lied to by the seller. Since your dispute has been closed, there is nothing you can do.
According to your post, you filed a dispute through Paypal, correct?
