seller did not complete the deal and cancelled order against Ebay rules
asked seller if he accept an escrow before purchasing the car and he did. After "buy it now" he didn't responded, only asking me to pay. I told him i needed a bil of sale to proceed but he didn't respond anymore. After a couple of days he cancelled this transaction with reason "out of stock or damaged". He messaged me that he will not sell the car and will not email a bill of sale. This is against ebay rules. Seller needs to proceed.
Seller has a zero feedback and because he ended the listing i cannot give him a review. I tried to sent customer service my complain but after i filled in all of the information i got errors on the Ebay system all the time "we are not able to process your message now". Unbelievable, this customer service try to do everything NOT to communicate.
The also asked for a sellers phone (required field!) but phone number is not listed.
Can someone help?

Sales in Ebay Motors are non-binding for both seller and buyer, therefore not against the rules for the seller to back out.

OP2 years agoso every buyer and seller can can cancel any time? What a shame....
