Seller did not accept the delivery of an authorized return
I purchased an item (a golf club putter head cover) It was too worn out, so I started a return request. The return was accepted and authorized. I received a return label and I printed it and placed it on the package and mailed it. After some time, I noticed that the seller requested to cancel the return since he did not receive the item back within the time allowed. I tried to get info from the post office, but I was not successful. Today, I received the package back from the post office saying they could not deliver it after multiple attempts. Now I paid for delivery of the item to me and for the deliver of the return and also paid for the item. I have the package with the return label and also the note and print out label from the US Post Office. How can I bring this to the seller's and EBay attention?

Mentor1 year agoYou go back to the returns request and click Ask ebay to step in. I believe you can include details of what happened, in order to force the refund.
