seller description of an article was not what was sent How do I contact ebay for help
The seller described the item as Brass g scale train engine. What was received was a cheap plastic model with brass paint. The sellers refuses a return as stated in his sale, but he is a fraud. I have not found a way to contact ebay on this matter. Please help!

File a Return Request. Ebay's Money Back Guarantee overrides the seller's "No returns" policy.

Mentor2 years agoGo to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
The seller can not refuse a not as described return, except by sending you a full refund instead of returning.
