Seller description and picture not representative of what I received

I just received my order of 2 dozen Volvik VIVID AAAA balls and am surprised to see that only about 1/2 of them are VIVID and the rest are a mix of ViMax, Muscle Core, FLYON AND XT AMT. I am upset by the fact that they are not all VIVID balls. The listing and picture do not indicate anything other than the model VIVID. You can file a Return Request. You will not have to pay return shipping costs.

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. ("Doesn't match description or photos")
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
