seller deny return request
hi I encountered a setter which took 3 weeks to ship a fragile collectable, long story short collectable came in damaged and at first I asked for partial refund because I still wanted the item seller said no and to take it up with eBay. I then requested a return for full refund and seller denied there is no icon saying ask eBay to step in what do I do or am I stuck with a damaged piece that is 1/10th the original value
