Seller deny my request for cancellation two minutes after I purchase the item by mistake
I purchased 2 items from eBay yesterday. One was by mistake since it has been sitting in my cart for 6 months. it's a product that I will never use. I realized that the item was added to my payment and paid for it by mistake so I immediately requested the cancelation on eBay. They messaged me that they were going to send a request to the seller. despite despite my quick reaction and request for cancelation, the seller denied my request and charged my credit card and said it was already shipped. What a joke! this seller is practicing in Asia. They are taking a whole month for the product to get to me, a product that I will never use and I don't nee. do you have any suggestions for me to request a refund and get help from eBay?
