Seller deleting negative feedback
Hello. I have had a horrible experience with Seller on Ebay they sent me an item that arrived damaged and suggested to that I prove it was their item! I left negative feedback they blocked me and they keep sending me harassing emails. I have never seen anything like this on Ebay before and now my negative feedback plus others have been deleted! Where is the Buyers protection for Sellers like this! They need to be held responsible for their store and their actions rather than blaming the Buyer. Very unprofessional of Ebay and the Seller. No where to contact Ebay directly I would think the phone line would be blowing up! So, this seller will maintain 100% feedback which is false advertising to unknowing future buyers. Step back and address this EBAY!I have been on Ebay since almost the beginning!

Mentor2 years agoWhen you receive those harassing emails, I believe there is an option to report that message. Click on ACTION at the top, and then REPORT MESSAGE.
