·1 year agoIf the seller "cancelled the order" that resulted from your winning the auction, the first question is "Did you pay?" and the second question is "If you paid, did the seller refund?" The third is "Did you get a message from eBay about the cancellation and if so what EXACTLY did it say?"
The relisting is irrelevant to what your rights and procedures are. eBay doesn't know whether the seller has duplicate items to sell at auction one after another.
If you mean something else (e.g. the seller cancelled your bid before the auction ended and you think you would have won) please be specific about what happened.
