seller defrauding eBay customers
Hello folks
I bought an iPhone from Top Rated Plus seller 'itsworthmore' in June and this month the phone stopped reading sim card (Tmobile) and I called them, they told me the iPhone is reported as stolen.
As you see more than 60 days passed cannot return item or dispute the charge. What are my options
The seller claims to offer 12 month warranty but not sure how truthful he is. Any suggestion what best to do ?

Since the Ebay 30 day Money Back Guarantee has passed, contact your funding source. Paypal and most credit cards allow disputes up to 180 days.
