Seller Defect cases
When are case defects for seller cases closed without seller resolution supposed to drop off? I thought after 1 year they do not count against you anymore. I've called customer service multiple times, and they continue to tell me they will fall off after the year marker date and not be counted against me anymore but 2 from March 2023 are still there. Any correct insight? I feel like I'm not being given the correct information. Something from over a year ago should definitely not be counted against me.

Defects from March 2023 will not be included in your 4/20/24 evaluation.
Your 3/20/24 evaluation was March 2023 - February 2024, so the defects were still included. The 4/20/24 evaluation will be for April 2023 - March 2024.
