seller declined return request
Seller send wrong verison of item. Nothing was described about this in auction description. Compability check by Ebay was ok hovewer item was wrong. Now i can't appel this and i lost money.

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
If you have waited too long or missed your opportunity for a refund through eBay, you may still have some recourse through your payment method.

OP6 months agoSorry but that way not works. My return request been closed due to seller decline my request.
I didn't see any ways to back to resolve this problem because not possible to appeal.

Mentor6 months agoSellers cannot decline a "not as described" return. You may have chosen a different reason for the return; if you chose a "remorse" reason, the seller can decline that.
