Did the seller send you the size indicated in the listing. In other words if you ordered a Large and the item you received is marked as a Large then the seller sent you what you ordered. A not as described case could be if you ordered a Large and you received an item marked as Medium. Clothing sizes are subjective and depend on the manufacturer.
