Seller declined return
Item smells of perfume. It is so strong it makes me ill to the point it has to be stored in my garage. I’ve tried all the various safe methods to “air†it out but no success.
My attempt to return was met with decline.
my next option appears to have eBay step in but I seem to be in a loop. Help!

Mentor8 months agoThe seller can only decline if s/he has a No Returns policy, and you selected a remorse reason for the return: Didn't like it, changed mind, doesn't fit, found it cheaper elsewhere. In those cases the seller can decline the return. You should have selected Not as Described. That reason trumps the seller's return policy, and s/he would have to accep[t the return and pay for the return shipping label. What you can do now is contact your credit card issuer regarding a chargeback if that is how you paid. You only have 180 days from the date of transaction to do so.
