Seller Declined Request for Return
Hi all,
I ordered a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. When they arrived 20 days later, they were too big for my head, and the arms were stretched out. I immediately re-packaged them and contacted the seller the day I received the sunglasses in the mail. They do not accept returns, so I kindly explained the situation and asked for understanding. I also started a return request. They closed it without a response. Can I ask eBay to step in and assist, or is this a lost cause? I have worn Ray Ban sunglasses for years and never had this problem.

Mentor1 year agoFit issues are considered to be buyers remorse and the seller can deny the return and refund. Since you only get one chance to open a case or request per item there is nothing that eBay can do for you now.
