Mentor6 months agoWas this a buy it now listing or an auction listing? If a buy it now listing they probably wondered why you would offer the buy it now price. If an auction listing then they feel the item will go for more so you would have had to offer more for the item than the starting price. Sellers are not required to accept any offer that is made.
