Seller created shipping label but never shipped
Ive waited 10 days from the date of the shipping label creation, have contacted the seller multiple times and no response. I cannot cancel the order because it states the seller has shipped the item but according to UPS the seller has never delivered the item to be shipped. I want to cancel and get a refund but now I have to wait until the 19th, way after the item was to be delivered to request this to be handled. This was a 600$ item! The seller will not respond to messages and eBay chat will not connect me to an actual agent. This is frustrating and now my child will not receive their birthday gift.
