Hi I was wondering if anybody knew how long it takes a seller to respond I cancelled an order day after ordering and said that the refund was on its way I just received the item and the seller won’t respond also does anyone know what eBay’s costumer service phone line is I need to get a hold of them

Mentor7 months agoBuyers can only REQUEST to cancel a transaction. Only the seller can file a cancellation and sellers are not obligated to do so. It appears the seller did not file the cancellation since s/he sent the item and you received it. Give it away or sell it or donate it.
