I purchased a mini dehumidifier with a lifetime warranty. Original transaction went well. The item stopped working after almost 2 months. I contacted the seller to see how to go about getting a replacement. They apologized for the problem and said they would send out a replacement asap. That was weeks ago and they no longer respond to my queries. Next step, please?

·3 years agoIf you paid through Pay Pal, they give you 180 days to open a case or contact your credit card.
