Seller closed return case but eBay have not supported this despite MBG
I purchased two items of clothing, one which i am happy with but the other was inaccurate in terms of its descriptions (I asked if it was a medium, confirmed it was but did not state it being oversized, which meant it looked large & said item was “good†but stitching poor, messy and coming out, along with postage delays despite next day delivery paid). Seller closed . How do I contact ebay now as they say case is closed.

If you selected does not fit instead of not as described, your return is closed and can not be reopened.
You can call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for the item being not as described.
