Seller closed case when I asked for a refund
An item was purchased accidentally. I tried canceling, with no avail. Tried to return item, seller won’t send a return label and has closed the case. What can I do?

Since you do not have a valid reason for the return per Ebay's Money Back Guarantee, the seller was able to choose to deny the return request.
