Seller closed account after taking my payment
Does anyone have a good way to get eBay to talk to me? I bought item. Seller took payment. Now they have closed seller account and item doesn’t show. No shipping code either. I want to catch this as it’s happening but the closest is to use order cancel which takes days

Mentor1 year agoSounds like ebay is closing the account. When a seller wants to close the account, it takes at least 30 days because ebay wants that time to have all transactions closed.
