Seller claims parts were missing
The buyer claims small pieces are missing from the game. This is a brand new in box, item. How does the seller respond?

Mentor3 years agoSend the buyer a note of apology, and ask them to open a return request. It is not uncommon for new items to be missing pieces or have defective parts.
Accept the return and refund when received.
