His message was "Package came in terrible condition. Unfortunately I am going to need a refund. How do we resolve this issue? Never claimed item was damaged and he sent pictures of the package, the box is visible but not the item. Basically the paper that it was wrapped in is really torn up and maybe the box is bent but not torn open.
