Seller claims acct was hacked
my seller claimed their account was hacked and the item was purchased at the wrong price and they are asking me to cancel the order. If a seller on eBay account was compromised do they have a way they can file that with eBay so they can cancel the order without penalty. I feel weird canceling the order because I don’t know if the seller is trying to do something fishy

The seller is the one that needs to cancel the transaction and they can contact Ebay to report the "hacking".
