    Seller claimed 5-year warranty, its been 14 months and they wont respond to my inquiry
                     
             
    I purchased a pack last year. It has stopped working. The advertisement said it was a 5-year warranty. Can you help me get a warranty replacement sent over? Below are the details of the order.

    ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days after receipt of the item.  Did you purchase the extended warranty offered by Allstate on the purchase?  Warranties are offered by the manufacturer to the original purchaser.  They do not honor warranties for items sold on ebay unless the seller is an authorized dealer or reseller.
